the location was ideal on a quiet street. the room temperature was regulated. i found the bed to be very clean. the reception service was great, too.

I found the location very convenient. The hotel stood close to the museum area and public transport. The staff provided helpful information. They also offered complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby, which I really appreciated.
The room lacked a refrigerator. I would have liked a small fridge for storing drinks.

paper cups limited tea bags
I was given paper cups in the bathroom. I only received two coffee sachets and three tea bags. I had to request more, annoying. It seemed like they were skimping on basic amenities. I expected better for the price I paid.

i found the location excellent for seeing the sights. it was convenient to metro and tram stops. the staff was friendly and gave suggestions for local spots..
my room was in a separate annex a couple of doors down. it felt more like an airbnb than a hotel. the room was also quite small, and the elevator was tiny..

I received a souvenir from the netherlands at checkout. the staff was very friendly. They even gave me a souvenir from the netherlands at checkout. i will come back for sure. the location is good, i could reach everywhere walking.
the room was a bit small. it was fine but could have been improved. this is my only negative observation.

the hotel is on a very quiet street and is a short walk from a major transport hub with trams and metro. city centre, museum quarter and central station are only one or two stops away.

the hotel has refreshments like soda, coffee and water in all buildings, including the main lobby, along with snacks. there are lots of places to eat nearby, providing varied dining options . bar do is a short walk away and provides a great breakfast.
