quiet street clean bed

the location was ideal on a quiet street. the room temperature was regulated. i found the bed to be very clean. the reception service was great, too.

I found the location very convenient. The hotel stood close to the museum area and public transport. The staff provided helpful information. They also offered complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby, which I really appreciated.

The room lacked a refrigerator. I would have liked a small fridge for storing drinks.

I was given paper cups in the bathroom. I only received two coffee sachets and three tea bags. I had to request more, annoying. It seemed like they were skimping on basic amenities. I expected better for the price I paid.

I received a souvenir from the netherlands at checkout. the staff was very friendly. They even gave me a souvenir from the netherlands at checkout. i will come back for sure. the location is good, i could reach everywhere walking.

the room was a bit small. it was fine but could have been improved. this is my only negative observation.
